Valérie Jans
Planning, monitoring, evaluation & learning officer
“During a community development project I was involved in, we were able to achieve quick and sustainable results in the area of health, by ‘simply’ linking people up to the public health insurance system that had just been established in that country. It was inspiring to see how changing the system, an achievement which probably took a long time to accomplish, through a process that probably seemed far removed from the people it concerned, can have a very real impact on the day- to-day lives of so many individual people. Wemos’ focus on changing the system is therefore something I strongly believe in and am happy to be a be part of.”
