Integrity
Fairness and respect for one another are very important to us at Wemos. This means that we treat people and organisations with respect. We want to guarantee a safe working environment to our staff and partners. That is why we have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of (sexual) harassment, aggression or discrimination in the workplace. All employees are aware of and agree to abide by our codes of conduct.
In the event of an incident, we take prompt and serious action by initiating an investigation immediately. The regulations below are leading in this regard.
